Inclusion. Liberation. Self-Love. Empowerment.
I work with people who are at transition points in their life using my coaching skills and abilities.
-
Life Coaching that honors the True You and lets it blossom in all its magnificence, living a life of balance, fulfilling connections, self expression, adventure, and meaning.
-
Career Coaching centered on the purposeful contribution that you're here to make in this world, either in your current role or courageously charting a new path.
-
Spiritual Coaching that listens for both the Mystery and the deepest wisdom within you, a "knowing" that transcends time, place, and experience.
I'm a certified coach who's worked with people from all stages and walks of life, serving as a "guide on the side." I'm a native of Halfmoon, NY -- a Saratoga-Warren BOCES and Shenendehowa High School grad, a daughter of a nurse and a school janitor, one of four sisters, and a proud auntie to many nieces and nephews.
I'm a SUNY Brockport, American University, and Virginia Tech alum, and I received my coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute. I hold a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, and my research is in inclusive management. I'm also an active with my local Unitarian Universalist congregation, a multi-faith community where I volunteer as a worship associate and where I'm an advocate for inclusion.

What is coaching? How does it work?
Please tell me more!
What is coaching?
Coaching provides a safe, confidential environment for you to listen to your life. The Co-Active Training Institute, where I received my training, defines co-active coaching as a means to help "you stretch your sightline, get out of your comfort zone, and grow along the way. It’s a way to better understand your own journey — to help you design your own life’s quest by rediscovering your courage to be the one you want to be, in order to create what you want to create."
How it Works
You set a goal for what you want to accomplish through our coaching sessions together and we adjust as your goals or areas of focus shift. We meet when it works for both of us. Fees are $125 per session, with multi-session packages available.
Topics
Sometimes people ask "What do you talk about in a coaching session?" Here's a list of some of the subjects or topics that we might cover in a coaching call, from Oregon State University. A few additional good tips for choosing a topic are in this blog article from the Co-Active Training Institute.
Outcomes
At the conclusion of our call, I'll ask you to reflect on any "takeaways" or key insights that you've drawn from our session. Usually there is "homework" too -- a step you're willing to take as a result of the conversation we've had, so that you can keep moving towards the goal you've established for our work together.
